With a view to obtain strong and even board, Empire has fabricated a strongly built machine mounted on just two screws to press the corrugated sheet after pasting of different ply/lamination in order to avoid air bubbles and to maintain the even shape of sheets along with accurate setting of freshly glued ones. The pressure on sheets is regularized by a spring action which gives an even impression to the pressed sheets.

the  machine is  provided with  gum  tray. Movement device   when  gum  unit  is  disengaged  , from  rollers  , the  machine is recommended  to  be  used  on  steam  , or  thermic  fluid  heaters

The rolls are mounted on roller bearing for smooth running and longer life, minutely finished. Flute foils result in perfect formation of flutes, lubrication system based on high temperature fluorinated grease which solves a long standing industry provlen with recirculating oil lubrication system, with elimination of lubricating oil system, the wastage of oil and leakage on the floor is prevented. Two pre heaters are provided with the machine.
